Quotes and prices

Anything we give you before we have seen the job is an estimate. A quote is a fixed price only when we have put it in writing and you have accepted it. If the work turns out to need more than the quote covers — damage we could not see, a part that has to be replaced, an access problem — we will tell you and agree the change with you before we carry on.

Booking and cancelling

A booking is confirmed when we have confirmed it back to you. If you need to change or cancel, let us know as early as you can. If we have to change a time we will tell you as soon as we know.

Payment

Invoices are due by the date on the invoice. Where a deposit or a progress payment applies, it will be set out in the quote before the work starts.
